Datasheet Voltage Tracker BD3925FP-C BD3925HFP-C General Description Key Specifications  Input Supply Voltage Range:  Ultra-Low Quiescent Current:  Operating Temperature Range: BD3925FP-C and BD3925HFP-C are voltage trackers for automotive use which have high withstand-voltage of up to 50V. They offer an output current loading of up to 500mA while limiting the quiescent current to 45µA (Typ). BD3925FP-C and BD3925HFP-C are suited for systems that are permanently connected to the car battery and require low-current-consumption. The offset is ±10mV (for 5V output, 6V < VCC < 36V, 5mA < lOUT < 200mA). They integrate folded–type over-current protection to minimize heat dissipation when accidentally shorted, thus offering the most robust power-supply design under harsh automotive environment.
