Please take care of following points when using this device. １．基板設計 Designing of PCB 半田付けパターンは下図を推奨いたしますが、実装状態・条件等により異なります。 基板設計時には十分ご確認下さい。 The below diagrams are the recommended solder pattern. However, the mounting and other condition will affect its solder pattern. Please consider some margin for solder process during the PCB designing. 3.6 1.1 1.1 基板反り方向 PCB:warp directions ２．リフロー半田付け Reflow soldering リフロー回数は２回までとします。２回目の作業を行う際は吸湿を避ける為、作業間隔を短くして 下さい。又、常温まで冷却してから２回目を行って下さい。 Number of reflow process shall be less than 2 times. If second reflow process would be performed, intervals between first and second process shall be as short as possible to prevent absorption of moisture to resin of sensor. Cooling process to normal temp., shall be required between first and second reflow process. リフロー温度プロファイルにつきましては、次頁の条件を推奨致します。リフロー条件は、基板形 状サイズや部品の種類・量・実装密度等により異なる為、十分にご確認下さい。 The following temperature condition is recommended for the reflow soldering. We would like you to evaluate the product under your reflow condition because the condition is affected by the PCB size, the product heat-resistivity or the mount density. Therefore there is a possibility to break the device or PCB. Careful of the device by outside force after mounting. 受光方向 detector direction 外力 outside force 基板 substrate ＰＣＢ ４．洗 浄 Cleaning methods mold 半田付け部 soldering part リフロー半田後洗浄が必要な場合は、次の条件で行って下さい。 Excess flux can be removed by the following chemical method. ① 洗 浄 液 Cleaning solvent ・ ・ ・ エチルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール Ethil alcohol or Isopropyl alcohol. ② 条 件 Condition ・ ・ ・ ３０℃以下、３分以内。 Solvent temperature 30℃ or less. Immersion 3min. or less. ③ 超音波洗浄器 ・ ・ ・ 洗浄器の発振出力、容量、実装基板の大きさ等により Ultrasonic cleaning 製品への影響が異なります。あらかじめ異常の無い事 を十分確認の上、実施下さい。 The effect of ultrasonic cleaning on the sensor depends on such factors as the oscillator output, size of PCB and sensor mounting method. So the use of ultrasonic cleaning is strongly recommended after confirming that there is no problem. ④ 乾 Curing 燥 REV.： TSZ22111･04 ・ ・ ・ １００℃以下 ３分以内 Below 100℃ within 3 minutes. A SPECIFICATION No.： REN0001 TYPE PRODUCTS Phototransistor PAGE RPM-075PT 13/13 ５．保 管 Storage 本製品は、吸湿によりリフロー半田時信頼性に影響を及ぼす場合があります。この為弊社では、 防湿対策を施した包装を行っております。ご使用の際は以下の条件で行って下さい。 There will be a possibility that the moisture effects the reliability of this product during the reflow soldering process. Hence, we use the package which has anti-moisture processed. When you use the product, please keep following conditions. ① 保 管 条 件 Storage condition ・ ・ ・ ・ 保管温度 ： ５ ～ ３０℃ Storage Temperature ： 5 ~ 30℃ 保管湿度 ： ７０％ＲＨ以下 Storage Humidity ： less than 70%RH ② 開封後の処理 ・ ・ ・ ・ 開封後は温度５～３０℃、湿度７０％ＲＨ以下 の条件で、１６８時間以内にご使用下さい。 Process after open the package Please use the product at the temperature between 5～ 30℃ and the moisture less than 70% within next 168 hours. ③ ベーキング（乾燥）処理 Baking (dry) process REV.： TSZ22111･04 A ・ ・ 上記の処理が実施出来なかった場合は、 ベーキング（脱湿乾燥）処理を行います。 ベーキングはリール状態で６０℃±５℃、 １２～２４時間で実施下さい。 ベーキング時はリール 及びエンボステープが変形しやすくなりますので、 ご 注意下さい。 If the above process could not be done, please apply the baking process.
