Ordering number : ENA1122 LC876D16A LC876D08A Overview CMOS IC ROM 16K/8K byte, RAM 1024 byte on-chip 8-bit 1-chip Microcontroller The SANYO LC876D16A/LC876D08A is 8-bit microcomputer with the following on-chip functional blocks: • CPU: operable at a minimum bus cycle time of 100ns • 16K/8K-byte ROM • On-chip RAM: 1024 byte • VFD automatic display controller/driver • 16-bit timer/counter (can be divided into two 8-bit timers) • Two 8-bit timer with prescaler • Timer for use as date/time clock • Day-Minute-Second Counter (DMSC) • System clock divider function • Synchronous serial I/O port (with automatic block transmit/receive function) • Asynchronous/synchronous serial I/O port • Remote control receive function • 8-channel×8-bit AD converter • 15-source 10-vectored interrupt system All of the above functions are fabricated on a single chip.
