RS2A THRU RS2M SURFACE MOUNT FAST RECOVERY RECTIFIERS Reverse Voltage – 50 to 1000 Volts Forward Current – 2.0 Amperes Features The plastic package carries Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0 Fast switching for high efficiency Built-in strain relief, ideal for automated placement Low reverse leakage High forward surge current capability For surface mounted applications High temperature soldering guaranteed:250℃/10 seconds at terminals.
