GENERAL DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The 74AHC14 is a hex inverter with Schmitt trigger
● Wide Operating Voltage Range: 2.0V to 5.5V
inputs. The device is designed for 2.0V to 5.5V VCC
● Inputs Accept Voltages Higher than the Supply
Voltage
operation.
This device has the capability to convert the slowly
changing input signals into clearly defined, jitter-free

exceeded if the input and output clamp current ratings are
