Silan Semiconductors TONE / PULSE DIALER WITH REDIAL FUNCTION DESCRIPTION SC91310 Series The SC91310 series are monolithic ICs that provide the necessary signals for either pulse or tone dialing. The SC91310 series feature a redial memory.
