Model SM0520-36/36H 500-2000 MHz 4 Watt Linear Power Amplifier FOR LAB & WIDEBAND APPLICATIONS Model SM0520-36/36H is a 500 to 2000 MHz solid state GaAs FET amplifier designed for multi-purpose use in multiple wireless and military markets. With 1.5 GHz of bandwidth, this small amplifier can be used in Cellular, DCS1800, GSM, FMS, and PCS applications. This module provides a minimum of +36 dBm of output power at P1dB with an OIP3 of +48 dBm. Two versions are available, the -36, with 20 dB of linear gain, and the -36H, with 33 dB of linear gain. The gain flatness over the entire 1.5 GHz bandwidth is ± 0.5 dB. The unit uses the latest surface mount technologies to provide numerous features, while maintaining a minimal size.
