The converter goes in High Input Impedance mode (Iq < 10µA) when the Vi is lower than 10V. If Vi remains between 0 -10V range for almost for almost 100 ms, the converter is in OFF condition. - Switch OFF-ON sequence: The quiescent current Iq remains below 10µA if Vi is lower than 18V. The start-up voltage is between 34 to 44V. After 1 ms in this condition, the converter is in Voltage Supply Operating Area (Vin = 25 to 115V). Figure 2.
