STEVAL-IFS001V1 3 axis MEMS accelerometer demo Data Brief Features ■ 3-axis acceleration measurement ■ ±2g/±6g user selectable full-scale ■ Data storage up to 256 Kbytes in the µPSD ■ PC connection via USB ■ Graphical user interface Description This kit demonstrates the functionality and performance of the 3-axis MEMS device LIS3LV02DQ. The kit is comprised of a MEMS evaluation board based on the 3-axis MEMS and a second board designed with a uPSD which is able to measure 3-axis 2G/6G acceleration. Communication with the PC is handled via USB. PC software provides for the readout of MEMS data, either online or stored in the uPSD memory. In addition, the software GUI displays axes values and/or spectrum analysis.
