It includes a sensing element and an IC interface able to provide the measured angular rate to the external world through an analog output voltage. t c u d o r STEVAL-MKI023V1 P e In addition to the MEMS sensor, the system includes a linear voltage regulator and a rail-to-rail low noise quad amplifier configured as a noninverting buffer, making both direct sensor outputs and buffered sensor outputs available to the user. t e l o s b O This demonstration board also provides an easy way to control the self-test and power-down pins.
