The STTH30ST06-Y, which uses ST Turbo 2,
600 V technology, is packaged in DO-247 and
D²PAK with aluminum ribbon to ensure a high
robustness. It especially suited for use in
switching power supplies and automotive
applications, industrial applications, as
rectification and boost diode for circuits working in
continuous conduction mode.
