Digital input clamped at 32 V
The VN540SP-E is a monolithic devices designed
in STMicroelectronics VIPower technology,
intended for driving resistive or inductive loads
with one side connected to ground. Active current
limitation avoids the system power supply
dropping in case of shorted load. Built-in thermal
shutdown protects the chip from overtemperature.
The open drain diagnostic output indicates
overtemperature conditions.
