The package of the VLMA310x is the PLCC-2 (equivalent to a size B tantalum capacitor). • Luminous intensity IVmax./IVmin. ≤ 2.0 ratio in one packaging unit • Material categorization: for definitions of compliance please see www.vishay.com/doc?99912 It consists of a lead frame which is embedded in a white thermoplast. The reflector inside this package is filled up with clear epoxy.
