General Description The T81L0003B is 8-bit microcontroller designed and developed with low power and high speed CMOS technology. It contains a 8K bytes OTP ROM, a 256 × 8 RAM, 13 I/O lines, a watchdog timer, two 16-bit counter/timers, a seven source, two-priority level nested interrupt structure, a full duplex UART, and an on-chip oscillator and clock circuits. In addition, the T81L0003B has two selectable modes of power reduction-idle mode and power-down mode. The idle mode freezes the CPU while allowing the RAM, timers, serial port, and interrupt system to continue functioning. The power-down mode saves the RAM contents but freezes the oscillator, causing all other chip functions to be inoperative.
