TC7WB126FK(TE85L,F 数据手册
TC7WB126FK TOSHIBA CMOS Digital Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TC7WB126FK Dual Bus Switch The TC7WB126FK is a low on-resistance, high-speed CMOS dual-bit bus switch. This bus switch allows the connections or disconnections to be made with minimal propagation delay while maintaining Low power dissipation which is the feature of CMOS. When output enable (OE) is at High level, the switch is on; when at Low level, the switch is off. All inputs are equipped with protector circuits to protect the device from static discharge. Weight: 0.01 g (typ.) Features • Operating voltage: VCC = 4.5 to 5.5 V • High speed operation: tpd = 0.25 ns (max) • Ultra-low on resistance: RON = 5 Ω (typ.) • ESD performance: Machine model ≥ ±200 V Human body model ≥ ±2000 V • TTL level input (control input) • Package: US8 Pin Assignment (top view) VCC OE2 8 7 B1 6 A2 5 WB 126 1 2 OE1 A1 3 4 B2 GND Start of commercial production 2000-02 1 2014-03-01 TC7WB126FK Truth Table Inputs Function OE L Disconnect H A port = B port System Diagram A1 B1 A2 OE1 B2 OE2 Absolute Maximum Ratings (Note) Characteristics Symbol Rating Unit Power supply range VCC −0.5 to 7.0 V DC input voltage VIN −0.5 to 7.0 V DC switch voltage VS −0.5 to 7.0 V Input diode current IIK −50 mA Continuous channel current IS 128 mA Power dissipation PD 200 mW DC VCC/GND current ICC/IGND ±100 mA Storage temperature Tstg −65 to 150 °C Note: Exceeding any of the absolute maximum ratings, even briefly, lead to deterioration in IC performance or even destruction. Using continuously under heavy loads (e.g. the application of high temperature/current/voltage and the significant change in temperature, etc.) may cause this product to decrease in the reliability significantly even if the operating conditions (i.e. operating temperature/current/voltage, etc.) are within the absolute maximum ratings and the operating ranges. Please design the appropriate reliability upon reviewing the Toshiba Semiconductor Reliability Handbook (“Handling Precautions”/“Derating Concept and Methods”) and individual reliability data (i.e. reliability test report and estimated failure rate, etc).
