The TS1115 Series are high per for mance positive voltage regulators are designed for use in applications r equiring low dropout perfor mance at full rated current, Additionally, the TS1115 Series provides excellent regulation ov er v ariations due to changes in line, load and temper ature. Outstanding features include low dropout per for mance at rated current, fast transient response, internal current limiting and thermal shutdown pr otec tion of the output device. The TS1115 Series are three terminal regulators with fixed and adjustable voltage options available in popular packages.
