General Description
The TS1117B Series are high per for mance positive v oltage regulators are designed for use in applications requiring low dropout per formance at full rated current, Additionally, the TS1117B Series prov ides excellent regulation over variations due to changes in line, load and temperature. Outs tanding features include low dropout per formanc e at rated current, fast tr ansient response, internal current limiting and ther mal shutdown protec tion of the output device. The TS1117B Series are thr ee ter minal regulators with fixed and adjustable voltage options available in popular packages.
