General Description
The TS1117 Series are high perfor mance positive voltage regulators are des igned for use in applications requiring low dropout perfor mance at full rated current, Additionally, the TS1117 Series provides excellent regulation over v ariations due to changes in line, load and temperature. Outs tanding features include low dropout perfor mance at rated current, fast transient response, internal current limiting and thermal shutdown protec tion of the output device. The TS1117 Series are three terminal regulators with fixed and adjustable voltage options available in popular packages.
