Input 3. Ground 4. Output 5. Adjust General Description TS29150/1/2/3 are using process w ith a PNP pass element for high current, high accuracy and low dr opout voltage regulators. These regulator s feature 350mV( typ) dropout voltages and very low ground current, these devic es also find applications in lower current and low dropout critical systems , where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes. TS29150/1/2/3 ser ies are fully protected against over current faults, reversed input polarity , reversed lead inser tion, over temperature operation, positive and negative transient voltage spikes, logic level enable control and error flag which signals w henever the output falls out of regulation. On the TS29151 and TS29152, the enable pin may be tied to VIN if it is not r equired for enable contr ol.
