Surface Mount Full Color PLCC LEDs
Description
The MSL-204RGBU , a full colors device, is made with InGaN ( on SiC substrate) BLUE, GREEN and AlInGaP RED LED dice. It is PLCC package, suitable for all SMT assembly methods.
