功能详解: - 软启动:IC上电时,驱动输出的占空比由软启动电容上的电压Vss和电流感应电阻上的Vcs决定。Vss达到4.2V后,软启动阶段结束,驱动占空比取决于VFB和Vcs。 - 开关频率设置:最大开关频率设置为68kHz。在无负载或轻负载条件下,IC将在突发模式和降低频率模式之间运行,以提高轻负载时的效率。 - 内部同步斜率补偿:内置斜率补偿电路在电流感应输入电压上增加电压斜坡,以改善CCM下的闭环稳定性,防止次谐波振荡,从而降低输出纹波电压。 - 频率跳变以改善EMI:IC内部实现频率跳变,有两个振荡器,第一个设置正常开关频率,第二个生成周期信号调制第一个振荡器,使频谱展宽,减轻EMI。 - 恒定输出功率限制:当感应电阻Rs上的SENSE电压达到阈值电压(约0.8V)时,输出GATE驱动将在小的传播延迟td后关闭,从而限制输出功率,确保AC输入电压从90VAC到264VAC范围内的恒定输出功率限制。
