During above condition, driver will be shutdown if over voltage state occurs (VCC>VOVP1) for continual a blanking time. The first OVP function will not inactive after soft-start phase. (7) Driver Output Section The driver-stage drives the gate of the MOSFET and is optimized to minimize EMI and to provide high circuit efficiency. This is done by reducing the switch on slope when reaching the MOSFET threshold. This is achieved by a slope control of the rising edge at the driver’s output. The output driver is clamped by an internal 15V Zener diode in order to protect power MOSFET transistors against undesirable gate over voltage. ### 功能详解 - 软启动:IC上电时,驱动输出占空比由软启动电容上的电压Vss和电流感测电阻上的VCS决定。Vss达到4.2V后,软启动阶段结束。 - 开关频率设置:最大开关频率设定为68kHz。在无负载或轻负载条件下,IC将在突发模式和降低频率模式之间切换。 - 内部同步斜率补偿:内置斜率补偿电路在电流感测输入电压上增加电压斜坡,以生成PWM,提高CCM下的闭环稳定性。 - 频率跳变:IC内部实现频率跳变,以减少传导带EMI,降低系统设计难度。 - 恒定输出功率限制:通过动态峰值限制电路补偿系统延迟,确保在广泛的AC输入电压下输出功率恒定。 - 保护部分:IC具有OLP、OVP和OTP等多种保护功能。
