The IHL02 series is a low cost, high isolation, high working voltage DC-DC converter with excellent common mode transient immunity (CMTI). The
low input to output capacitance of just 10pF, high continuous working voltage rating and 2.5mm isolation barrier, make the product ideal for IGBT
& MOSFET driver applications.
