AW37103YXXX is a low quiescent current low
dropout voltage regulator featuring low ON
resistance, high PSRR, low Noise, good load/line
transient response and smooth soft-start.

Features

AW37103YXXX integrates current limit, short circuit
protection, thermal shutdown, sufficiently protecting
IC from being damaged.
AW37103YXXX is designed to work with a 1F or
more input ceramic capacitor and a 1F or more
output ceramic capacitor. The low quiescent current
make AW37103YXXX very suitable for battery
application with long service life. Tiny package
makes high density mounting of the IC on boards
possible.
