Dome Plugs This nylon dome plug is ideal for covering unwanted openings, with its convex, matt finished head tapering to a thin edge for an excellent appearance. As the dome plugs are manufactured from nylon 6,6 they offer a good resistance to most solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, dilute alkalis, detergents, oils, greases, and fats. They also other a limited resistance to dilute acids and offer a short term working temperature between -40 and 100°C. The dome plug is quick and easy to install. Fingertip pressure will lock the dome plug firmly into panels to provide a neat finish. The plug head height is only 1.6mm.
