CONDUCTIVE FILM AND BAGS
Code BP3..
Vermason black conductive film is made of linear low density polyethylene to achieve high toughness and
strength. The film is carbon loaded for consistent, non-humidity dependent conductivity. With a surface
resistance of less than 105 ohms per square, this material shields against electrical fields. It has a shelf life measured in
years and is resistant to common solvents. Typical film thickness is 72 micron (300 gauge). The material is printed in
yellow and meets the requirements of EN 61340-5-1: 2001 and includes the ESD warning triangle . It is sold as layflat
tubing on rolls or as bags.
