It gives the panel enough time to complete the action of charge and discharge before/after the operation. 5.2.1 POWER UP SEQUENCE: VDD /VDDIO ON 1. Power up VDD & VDDIO 2. Send Display off command 3. Clear Screen 4. Power up VCC 5. Delay 100ms (When VDD& VDDIO is stable) 6.
