Rev 1.0 DIO233X/B Ultra Low Vos, Low Power Amplifier Features  Descriptions Ultra low VOS: DIO233X:15μV(Max) DIO233XB:35μV(Max) DIO233X/B is a family of ultra low VOS operational amplifier, with rail-to-rail CMOS input/output and  Low Power: 1.0μA(typ.) single/dual channels selectable.
