MDD90N02G 20V N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET 1. Description This N-Channel MOSFET is produced using MDD Semiconductor's advanced Power Trench process technology. This process has been optimized to minimize on-state resistance and yet maintain superior switching performance with best in class soft body diode. 2.
