Description Premium protection for your expensive home theater equipment, the AV3500PC Isobar® 8-Outlet Professional Audio/Video Power Conditioning Center features a network-grade surge protection rating of 5700 joules to defend your sensitive electronics against even the strongest surges and spikes. In fact, Tripp Lite will repair or replace any connected equipment damaged by surges up to $100,000 for life (valid in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico only). Your devices, including HDTVs, Blu-ray players, receivers, amplifiers, DVRs and video game systems, plug into eight NEMA 5-15R outlets—seven rear and one front—which are arranged in two exclusive isolated filter banks. These banks prevent disruptive line noise from causing A/V distortion, computer lockups, data errors and similar problems. Large toroidal chokes, ferrite rod-core inductors, HF/VHF capacitors and multiple layers of metal oxide varistors remove EMI/RFI interference and prevent system crashes, reboots and performance problems. Coaxial and RJ11 jacks also protect your incoming cable, satellite and telephone signals. Because residential power outlets have three wires—hot line (H), neutral (N) and ground (G)—the AV3500PC protects all three, covering two protection modes: full normal mode (H-N) and common mode (N-G/H-G).
