ME6203 100 mA, High Input Voltage LDO Linear Regulators ME6203 Series General Description Features ME6203 series are low-dropout linear  High output accuracy:± 2% voltage regulators with a built-in voltage  Input voltage:up to 40 V reference module, error correction module  Output voltage:1.8V ~ 12V and phase compensation module. ME6203  Ultra-low quiescent current (Typ.= 3 µ A) series are based on the CMOS process and  Output Current:IOUT = 100mA (When VIN = 5.5V and VOUT =3.3V) allow high voltage input with low quiescent current. This series can deliver 100mA  Short-circuit Current:(Typ.= 20mA) output current and allow an input voltage as  Low temperature coefficient high as 40V.This series has the function of  Ceramic capacitor can be used internal feedback resistor setting from 1.8V to 12V. The output accuracy is ± 2%.
