General Description
Features
ME6203 series are low-dropout linear
High output accuracy:± 2%
voltage regulators with a built-in voltage
Input voltage:up to 40 V
reference module, error correction module
Output voltage:1.8V ~ 12V
and phase compensation module. ME6203
Ultra-low quiescent current (Typ.= 3 µ A)
series are based on the CMOS process and

Current:IOUT = 100mA
(When VIN = 5.5V and VOUT =3.3V)
allow high voltage input with low quiescent
current. This series can deliver 100mA
Short-circuit Current:(Typ.= 20mA)
output current and allow an input voltage as
