Shortage is one of the cause of the breakdown for the motor. Please note that there is a possibility when motor shorts, current will flow into device's power circuit. Therefore please run check-up tests for the above-mentioned items and equip with protection circuits and fuses as a safety countermeasure. ／モータシャフトがロックした状態で電流を流し続けるとモータが異常な発熱、焼損する事があ ります。 モータの故障原因としてショートが発生する場合があります。その時実機の電源回路にショート 電流が流れる事があります。 従ってセットで上記項目の確認試験を実施して頂き、保護回路やヒューズ等を付け安全対策を実 施して下さい。 8-2 Please execute the check-up tests on the following items by attaching with the handset. Please do the quality assurance of the motor on handset by the set maker. Example of confirmation item Life test(※), Electrical noise, Mechanical noise, Reception sensitivity, Malfunction by leakage flux, Overvoltage, and etc. ※ The motor is conducting the examination with the current limitation written on the specifications. ／実機にモータを実装し下記項目の確認試験を実施して下さい。実装状態での品質保証はセット メーカ側にて御対応下さい。 確認項目例 寿命試験（※）、電気的雑音、機械的雑音、受信感度、漏洩磁束による誤動作、過電圧、等。 ※モータは仕様書に記載の電流制限を設けて寿命試験をしております。 8-3 Please note that the terminal may be worn out when the motor maintenance on the set is loose. Also the loose connection may occur when the terminal is worn out. ／実機でのモータの保持が弱いと端子が摩耗する事があります。摩耗が発生すると、接触不良を 起こす可能性が有りますので注意して下さい。 8-4 Please don't use and store this vibrator where any harmful gas exists. Especially ，confirm whether the motor causes abnormal the gas（low molecular-weight siloxane ,and etc. ） when you use the silicon product in the handset. ／有害なガスを発生させる物質が存在する場所でのご使用、保管は避けて下さい。特に、セット 内でシリコン製品を使用する場合は、有害なガス（低分子シロキサン 等）によりモータに異常 が生じないかを確認して下さい。 NIDEC COPAL CORPORATION／日本電産コパル株式会社 REFERENCE LA4-459QB 仕ＬＸＸＸＸ 5／5 8-5 Characteristic warranty is 6 months from the delivery, under the condition with ordinary temperature and humidity. Simple rotating tests are recommended for the motors that has passed more than 6 months in inventory. ／性能保証期間は常温常湿環境での保存において、納入後６ヶ月です。 ６ヶ月を越えるものに ついては初期動作を確認の上、使用するようにして下さい。 8-6 This product has the tendency that the rated speed increases and the rated current decreases by mechanical becoming stable. ／この製品は機械的なじみにより、定格回転数が上昇し、定格電流が減少する傾向があります。 8-7 When the supersonic wave is used for the assembly of the motor and the handset etc. , need to be handled with care due to the fear of damage. ／モータ取り付けやセットの組立て等に超音波を利用すると、モータにダメージを与える事が有 りますので注意して下さい。 9. General instructions／一般事項 9-1 Any revisions on the specification shall be done based on mutual discussion and agreement. ／本仕様書記載内容の変更は、双方協議の上実施するものとします。 9-2 Please contact us when there is a necessity for additional items. If no information given, motor will be delivered based on this specifications. ／本仕様書に記載されていない事項で、取り決めの必要がある事項が有る場合はご連絡ください。 別途協議させて頂きます。ご連絡のない場合は、セットとして発生する不具合はないものとして この仕様書に準拠して納入させて頂きます。 9-3 When any trouble occurs, both parties shall discuss based on these specifications .
