The CLAMP0504F has an ultra-low capacitance with a typical value at 0.3pF, and complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) standard with ±30V air and ±30kV contact discharge. It is assembled into a 6-pin Applications lead-free SC-70 package.
