Application Note: AN_SY8003/SY8003A High Efficiency 5.5V, 3A continuous, 1MHz Synchronous Step Down Regulator General Description Features The SY8003 and SY8003A are high-efficiency, high frequency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator IC capable of delivering up to 3A output current.
