It features fast switching speeds (tON • TTL/CMOS Compatible • = 29ns, tOFF = 17ns) and low on-resistance (3.0Ω Extended Industrial Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C TYP). The RS2102 is a dual, low on-resistance, singlepole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch that is designed to operate from1.8 V to 5.5 V. These features make this device suitable for a wide variety of portable applications including cell phones, audio devices, and instrumentation.
