SRV05-4 Ultra Low Capacitance ESD Protection Array DESCRIPTION FEATURES The SRV05-4 has a low capacitance of 0.4pF  Protects four I/O lines and one Vcc line maximum and operates with virtually no insertion  Low capacitance loss to 1GHz.
