2. Description
The OR-M3054-P-TP-G-(CFT) consists of a non zero crossing photo triac, optically coupled
to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. They are housed in the SOP-4 package and
guarantees insulation thickness.Therefore,they meets the reinforced insulation class requirements
of international safety standards.
