NOTE: Do not use in close-loop wash systems. Techspray’s WonderMASK is the industry-leading temporary solder mask brand because of quality and versatility. Depending on the product, mask can be peeled off manually or washed off in a batch or inline system. WonderMASK W has a number of useful applications in PCB assembly: • Thru-hole masking – Prevent soldering open holes in a wave soldering process by covering with WonderMASK. All of the masks listed below are well suited for this application. • Temporary component adhesive – WonderMASK can be used to tack down components on double-sided PCBs. The substrate should be free from grease, oil, and particulate matter. Drying times depend upon ambient humidity. Under normal conditions WonderMASK® W will cure in 1 hour at 25˚C/77˚F; however, cure can be accelerated to 30 minutes at 80˚C/176˚F. Do not over cure, as blistering of mask can occur, causing removal problems. Mask may be thinned using deionized water. 800-858-4043 • www.techspray.com Rev.
