SR05LC Ultra Low Capacitance ESD Protection Diodes Array SOT-143 Plastic-Encapsulate Diodes DESCRIPTION SR05LC provides a typical line to line capacitance of 0.6pF and low insertion loss up to 3GHz providing greater signal integrity making it ideally suited for USB 2.0 applications, such as Digital TVs, DVD players, Computing, set-top boxes and MDDI applications in mobile computing devices. This device has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and EFT (electrical fast transients). The carrier tape is made from a dissipative (carbon filled) polycarbonate resin. The cover tape is a multilayer film (Heat Activated Adhesive in nature) primarily composed of polyester film,adhesive laye,sealant, and anti-static sprayed agent.These reeled parts In standard option are shipped with 3,000 units per 7" or 17.8cm diameter reel. The reels are clear in color and is made of polystyrene plastic (anti-static coated).
