Preliminary Datasheet LPW5210 1.5A Power Switch with Programmable Current Limit General Description Features The LPW5210 is an integrated power switch for  160mΩ Low RDS(ON), High-side N-MOSFET self-powered and bus-powered Universal Series Bus  1500mA Programmable current limit (USB) applications. A built-in charge pump is used to  2.5V to 6V Input Voltage  Low Quiescent Current:16μA  Soft Start Function quiescent current (16μA) and small package (SOT23-5)  Built-In Short-Circuit Protection is particularly suitable in battery-powered portable  Built-in Thermal Protection equipment.  RoHS Compliant and 100% Lead (Pb)-Free drive the N-Channel MOSFET that is free of parasitic body diode to eliminate any reversed current flow across the switch when it is powered off.
