9. Test information
9.1 Ruggedness in class-AB operation
The BLP7G22-10 is capable of withstanding a load mismatch corresponding to
VSWR = 10 : 1 through all phases under the following conditions: VDS = 28 V;
IDq = 110 mA; PL = 10 W; frequency from 700 MHz to 2700 MHz.

automotive applications to automotive specifications and standards, customer
(a) shall use the product without Ampleon’ warranty of the product for such
automotive applications, use and specifications, and (b) whenever customer
uses the product for automotive applications beyond Ampleon’ specifications
such use shall be solely at customer’s own risk, and (c) customer fully
indemnifies Ampleon for any liability, damages or failed product claims
resulting from customer design and use of the product for automotive
applications beyond Ampleon’ standard warranty and Ampleon’ product
specifications.
