PRODUCT SPECIFICATION Q5)(9.,7 nRF905 Evaluation Kit ,1752'8&7,21 The Evaluation Kit for the Q5) Single Chip 433/868/915 MHz RF Transceiver has been developed to enable customers to get hands-on experience with the functionality of the device in their applications. The Q5) Evaluation Kit is convenient for use in the prototyping phase when developing, testing and debugging PC software, microcontroller code and/or electronic circuitry for interfacing towards a Q5) wireless communication link. In the Q5) Evaluation Kit two Q5)86%&RQILJXUDWLRQ%RDUGV are also included. With the Q5)86%&RQILJXUDWLRQ%RDUG, configuration of Q5) and ShockBurst™ communication are easily managed through the Q'31ordic 'evelopment 3latform) PC software. Detailed description of the Q5)(9%2$5', the Q5)86%&RQILJXUDWLRQ %RDUG and suggestions for test benches for evaluation of performance parameters are given in the Q5)(9%2$5' documentation. The GND-wires in the twisted pair cable must be connected to both the Q5)(9%2$5'and the customer’s application circuitry board. 7KH FDEOHOHQJWKPXVWEHNHSWDVVKRUWDVSRVVLEOH • The power supply wire and the ground wire connected to the power input connector should be twisted together and kept as short as possible. • Ensure that the peak-to-peak voltage level of the data input and control signals never exceed the Q5) device power supply level.
