Fremont Micro Devices FT533xx Fast Start-up, Ultra Low Noise, High PSRR, 400mA LDO FEATURES DESCRIPTION ¾ Ultra-Low Noise for RF Application The FT533xx is designed for portable RF and ¾ Ultra-Fast Response in Line/Load Transient wireless applications with demanding performance ¾ Quick Start-Up (Typically 25μS) and space requirements. The FT533xx performance is ¾ Low Quiescent Current: 65μA optimized for battery powered systems to deliver ¾ Less than 0.1μA Standby Current When ultra low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator Shutdown ground current increases only slightly in dropout, Low Dropout Voltage: 100mV @ 100mA, further prolonging the battery life. ¾ 420mV @ 400mA (Vout=2.8V) ¾ Wide Operating Voltage Ranges : 2.5V to 6V The FT533xx also works with low-ESR ceramic ¾ TTL-Logic-Controlled Shutdown Input capacitors, reducing the amount of board space ¾ Low Temperature Coefficient necessary ¾ Current Limiting Protection hand-held wireless devices. The FT533xx consumes ¾ Only 1μF Output Capacitor Required less than 0.1μA in shutdown mode and has fast ¾ High Power Supply Rejection Ratio turn-on time less than 25μS. The other features ¾ ROHS Compliant and 100% Lead (Pb)-Free include low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, ¾ Custom Voltage Available current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ¾ Custom Options for CE Logic and Build-in ratio. The FT533xx is available in the 5-lead of Pull-up/down Available SOT-23-5(L), SC-70 and the 3-lead of SOT-23-3(L), for power applications, critical in SOT-89-3(L), SOT-23 packages.
