Ultra-Low Noise for RF Application
The FT533xx is designed for portable RF and

Ultra-Fast Response in Line/Load Transient
wireless applications with demanding performance

Quick Start-Up (Typically 25μS)
and space requirements. The FT533xx performance is

Low Quiescent Current: 65μA
optimized for battery powered systems to deliver
¾
Less than 0.1μA Standby Current When
ultra low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator
Shutdown
ground current increases only slightly in dropout,
Low Dropout Voltage: 100mV @ 100mA,
further prolonging the battery life.
¾
420mV @ 400mA (Vout=2.8V)
¾
Wide Operating Voltage Ranges : 2.5V to 6V
The FT533xx also works with low-ESR ceramic

TTL-Logic-Controlled Shutdown Input
capacitors, reducing the amount of board space

Low Temperature Coefficient
necessary

Current Limiting Protection
hand-held wireless devices. The FT533xx consumes
