ADC 输入信号采样时间最小值由被采样的模拟信号源内阻、信号输入通道阻抗、引脚寄生电容、采
样电容共同决定。

采样时间计算示例:
1) 假设采用快速通道采样一个信号源,信号源内阻为 1KΩ,工作电源 VDDA=3.3V,工作温度 25C,
则根据 Tsamp 公式,建议的最小采样时间为 226ns。如果 ADC 工作时钟是 16Mhz,相当于采
样时间配置应大于 4 个 ADC 时钟。
2) 假设采用慢速通道采样一个信号源,信号源内阻为 100KΩ,工作电源 VDDA=3.3V,工作温度
85C,则根据 Tsamp 公式,建议的最小采样时间为 12.56us。如果 ADC 工作时钟是 8Mhz,相
当于采样时间配置应大于 128 个 ADC 时钟。
