结构及特点
绝缘玻璃保护层
外部镀层
● 氧化铝基板上的热敏电阻膜层由绝缘玻璃保护
使得该系列拥有很好的机械强度和可靠性;
● 无论阻值大小,电阻厚度不变;
内部镀层
● 三层结构电极保证了电阻具有良好的焊接能力和耐热性;
● 符合AEC-Q200车规认证;
● 部分型号符合UL1434标准;

高纯度氧化铝基板
● B 25/85为3000K及以上的所有型号最高工作温度可达150℃,
B 25/85为3000K以下 的型号最高工作温度可达125℃。
