General Description
Features
The LPW5206 is an integrated power switch for
160mΩ Low RDS(ON), High-side N-MOSFET
self-powered and bus-powered Universal Series Bus
Guaranteed 600mA Continuous Current
(USB) applications. A built-in charge pump is used to
