PAxxQS-OT Data Sheet 20-24 pin QSOP socket/20-24 pin DIP 0.6” plug Supported Device/Footprints Adapter Construction Using this adapter QSOP packaged devices can be programmed on programmers with DIP sockets in the device’s DIP footprint. The adapter is made up of 2 sub-assemblies. They assemble via connectors making the adapter modular. This way the subassemblies can be replaced when they wear out. Cypress Semiconductor offers programmable logic device in the 20 and 24 pin QSOP packages. Some of the devices are 16L8, 16R4, 16R6, 16R8, 16V8 and 22V10. When disassembling the adapter take care not to bend the pins. When reassembling the adapter note the pin 1 indicators to align the parts correctly.
