The new High Speed USB Serial Adapter line gives your laptop or workstation the ability to communicate between a USB port and up to eight RS232, RS-422, or RS-485 serial peripherals. It adds the COM port(s) via its USB connection and is compatible with new and legacy RS-232 or RS232/422/485 devices. The USB Serial Adapters are the ideal solution for a variety of industries and applications including banking, retail and industrial automation where PCs have a significantly shorter lifecycle than the peripherals that use them.
