Test Method
Apply DV voltage of 2.5 times the rated voltage for 5 seconds.
Apply rated DC voltage for 1.5 hour ON and 0.5 hour OFF. Total time of 1000 hours.
Temperature of 40ºC. Humidity of 90 - 95% RH. Total time of 1000 hours.
Temperature of 40ºC. Humidity of 90 - 95% RH. Apply 1/10 rated power for 1.5 hour ON
and 0.5 hour OFF. Total time of 1000 hours.
Dip lead into solder bath at temperature of 260ºC x 10ºC up to 1.5 mm from the body of the
resistor. Leave in solder bath for 10 seconds. Test after 24 hours in room temperature.
