Fremont Micro Devices FT531xx Ultra Low Noise, High PSRR, 250mA LDO FEATURES DESCRIPTION ¾ Ultra-Low Noise for RF Application The FT531xx is designed for portable RF and ¾ Ultra-Fast Response in Line/Load Transient wireless applications with demanding performance ¾ Quick Start-Up (Typically 100uS) and space requirements. The FT531xx performance is ¾ Low Quiescent Current: 36uA optimized for battery powered systems to deliver ¾ Less than 0.1uA Standby Current When ultra low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator Shutdown ground current increases only slightly in dropout, ¾ Low Dropout Voltage: 120mV @ 100mA further prolonging the battery life. ¾ Wide Operating Voltage Ranges : 2.5V to 6V ¾ TTL-Logic-Controlled Shutdown Input The FT531xx also works with low-ESR ceramic ¾ Low Temperature Coefficient capacitors, reducing the amount of board space ¾ Current Limiting Protection necessary ¾ Only 1uF Output Capacitor Required hand-held wireless devices. The FT531xx consumes ¾ High Power Supply Rejection Ratio less than 0.1uA in shutdown mode and has fast ¾ ROHS Compliant and 100% Lead (Pb)-Free turn-on time less than 100uS. The other features ¾ Custom Voltage Available include low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, ¾ Custom Options for CE Logic and Build-in current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection Pull-up/down Available ratio.
